These Scandinavian style wooden huts are heaven on earth!

Just about 8 hours from Delhi lies Kufri, at a height of 8600 ft and nestled amidst the snow capped peaks is Woodays Resort. Staying in a Nordic styled hut crafted from of wood, literally in the middle of the wilderness is an experience just out of a fairytale. And especially so, during the winter months when it looks pristine totally covered in snow.

Access from Shimla to the resort is convenient, just about 15km and after that the 4X4 jeeps of the Hotel, get you in from the last rugged patch.

Clean, cosy and comfortable rooms (albeit a bit small, like huts) , breathtaking views and yummy Pahadi food is what's in store.

Perfect for stargazing, bonfires, a walk in the thick deodar forest, mountain biking on the trails around or even a trek to the Hatu or Mahasu peak. If you're seeking a time out from the city and looking to just be in the hills - the place is a delight. And if you're in the mood of driving out to places around like Shimla, Mashobra, Naldehra or the apple orchards around that is fairly convenient too.
