Just a few miles from the hustle bustle of Mussoorie, lost in time and tranquility, lies Rokeby Manor - a heritage English mansion in Landour with stunning surroundings and scenic views.

It's like you walk into the 1800s with intricate stone walls, brick arches, wooden floors, cozy fireplaces and unmatched views. Each room is unique in decor and feel like they are out of a fairytale with the wooden furniture, antique accents, patchwork quilts and views from the balcony.

Food is truly the highlight. Their restaurant Emily's with its vintage Scottish decor is a delight for continental food lovers. The property is interestingly spread out around the quaint town of Landour and has lots of interesting nooks and corners. A lovely tea garden with beautiful flowers to watch the sunset; outdoor jacuzzi; the floor to ceiling bookshelf in their Wilson's chamber; the log house with a private sit out, the spa and salon; the Landour Bakehouse which has all recipes taken out of the 'The Landour cookbook' written by Ruskin bond; the clocktower cafe.

Things to do: Stroll around the town and visit the old church that shares its birth year with the hotel, Bonfire in winters, Eat to your heart's delight in any of their eateries, Read and chill.
